Our slow copper pot distillation process in combination with a recipe of light juniper, citrus, and a unique blend of clove honey and mint make Seersucker, by far, one of the most flavorful gins you will ever experience.
Seersucker's slow copper pot distillation process and all natural botanicals are the key to its incredible cleanliness and wonderful range of flavor. Small distilling runs "batches" are rested before cut with water to 84 Proof and the spirit is then once again rested before it is ready for bottling.
Orange and lemon zest are finely balanced with just the right amount of juniper to create layers of sweet flavor. The citrus transitions into notes of honeysuckle and garden fresh mint that linger on the finish, leaving a wonderful sense of refreshment.
Citrus Peel • Coriander Seed • Juniper

Pour 1oz of Seersucker Gin, 0.5oz of lemon juice and 0.5 oz of simple syrup in shaker. Add ice to chill. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a champagne glass. Top with chilled prosecco or champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
